Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM)

If a long-term fixed rate isn’t right for you, then an Adjustable Rate Mortgage may be what you are looking for. ARMs generally offer a lower initial rate for a specific period of time; then the rate will adjust up or down based on market conditions. This means your payment is subject to change after an initial 3 or 5 year fixed period.
